Exercise plan for loosing weight???

I am planning on loosing 10kg. How many times a week and for how long should I go to the gym? I want to loose the weight asap

  1. 4 or 5 times a week get your heart rate up to 75% of maximum for about 45 minutes each time.  Don't forget to eat right.

  3. follow turbo slim by turbo jam.  you can lose 10 lbs in ten days if you follow it strictly...but if you are kinda stingy it might take a couple months.

  4. You need to  watch what you eat. read about healthy food and do it.

    for exercise just 30 min 3 times a week will do the rest,

    Do not need to go to a gym ... it is cheaper to buy a thread mill  but ... you have to use it ... we buy  it then we use it to hang clothes on them.
