Exercise program for surfers??

ok i LOVE surfing but i need to build up my strength. i swim 4-5 times a week for 2 hrs at a time to help me with surfing but i need to work on my upper body strength, core and legs. are there any exercise i can do to build up my strength for surfing???

  1. well deffinitaally to weights that will help paddling out

    also do some chin lifts, pushups and bar dips
