Question:

Exercise question, advice appreciated.?

I'm 174cm tall and have recently put on about 6kg (an about 2-3 months time), which makes me around 63kg which is healthy, but I eat so much junk and feel really bad about myself, especially when I put on clothes that used to fit me a couple of months ago. What is the best exercise I can do to tone up? I don't necessarily want to lose weight as I look healthy but would like to tone up what I've gained. I'm also trying to stop eating junk. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Well you should do exercises that work the whole body. A lot of people try spot reduction which means they want their chest toned but not their arms or something like that. It's impossible and actually conter-productive. So learn a few good exercises or join a gym and you'll tone up in no time. Best advice: do your repetitions slowly and controled. At the top of every exercise, hold for 1-2 seconds and then go back to your starting position. Thats how you exercise for tone and not bulk. visit my source to learn exercises and read articles for free.
