I'm an apple shape just wondered what the best type of exercises would be to tone up ? I'm exercise mad but cannot seem to shift it

  1. it could be PCOS/insulin resistance. do you have dark patches anywhere in your body, a dark line around the neck, skin/hair/period problem, an apple-shaped body? if yes, see a gynaec immedeatly.
