I really need help with a good exercise program that will help me lose weight gradually. Overall I would like to lose 40 pounds because I currently weigh 165. I need to know how often, what types of exercises, and for how long. Any other tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would really like this to be a healthy weight loss and I want to do it right so that it stays off.
Oh, and this semester at school I am taking a weight training class every day just so you know.
Also, I do not play any sports whatsoever, so right now my exercise level is zero (meaning don't tell me to run a mile every day, because I just cannot do that!)
