Exercise right after eating?

if i want to lose belly fat, should i exercise right after eating or wait about 30 mins after i eat?

  2. After eating a heavy meal, you should actually wait about 2 hours before exercising, otherwise your body won't be able to use the fuel you've consumed. To rebuild muscle after exercising, you should try to get some protein within a half hour of finishing your workout. Good Luck!

  3. At least you can  go for a walk. This is what i do.  But , you should exercise then eat. Just eat a fruit and water, so you are not too hungry. then eat after exercising.  

  4. Eating before or after you work out is totally your choice. It doesn't matter whether you eat before and after a work out when it comes to losing weight because the key to losing weight is to burn more calories than what you consume. With regards to safety however, don't engage in physical activities immediately after eating. You'd just throw up. Follow the swimmer's rule and wait a whole hour.

  5. Wait, after eating you feel tired because of enzymes in the food, if you workout tired you won't give it your all and get limited results, and you might throw up.

  6. well if you eat a big meal wait like 30 mins or more to excercise, i dont think its that good to excercize right after you eat... i always wait to dygest my food first, thats what you should do.
