I had a baby not quite 16m ago. I recently lost about 30lbs and am feeling good about my weight loss and continuing. I only have about 10more to go. But my problem is, I still have the jiggly belly from being pregnant. I was wondering what type of exercises I can do to tighten up that skin and the muscles underneath. I really struggle doing situps, I can't really do them. I do crunches off and on but heard that they wouldn't help much. So I don't know what exercises to do. Thanks so much!
