Exercises for my arms??

I need to build muscle in my arms. I am in volleyball and I need my overhand serves to get over the net. My coach says that i have everything right I just need to build muscle. Can you guys give me links to websites and PLEASE no rude comments. I have 2, 5, and 10 pound weights. Any help would be fabulous! Thanks!!!

  1. Push ups.


  2. weights and pushups. once u r good at the normal push ups move onto the one where u have your arms shoulder width apart instead of further out. it strengthens the back of ur arms. or one handed ones!

  3. just got the answer push ups or jump the rope  

  4. pushups all the way it worked for me!!

  5. push ups. start with lets say 5? and try to do one more everyday

    my coach has a four pound jumprope it kills your arms

    lift weights everyday. try the 5 pounders you want to do more with the light weight not less with heavier because that stresses your muscles to the point were it KILLS to work out.

    keep this up through the season..it should only take about 10-15 minutes of your day!
