Exercises on flexibility for pole dancer?

I have just started pole dancing and i would like to eventually perfect my technique. does any one know of any exercises that will increase my flexibilty? or any arm workouts to increase my strength?

  1. Yoga would be the best technique i could think of to improve flexibility. Spend like 15-25 mins a day and your flexibility will improve immensely
