What are some simple exercises that I can do everyday to get a nice booty? =)

  5. go on youtube or any other movei site and look up buns of steel. we have ours cause its my moms from the 80s  

  6. Squats are the master move to tone your thighs and give you a great butt. You should only do it about 3 times a week with a day of rest in between or else you could harm your progress. www.womenshealthmag.com

  7. squats.....and lunges  yuo act like yuor going to sit in an invisible chair and hold it for a lil while..keep your back straight..when it burns after a few times..your doing it right.....if you work on yuor legs and thighs..like walking to, it really lifts the bottom of your butt where it meets your legs..

  8. Find a good set of stairs like a railway or pedestrian overpass. Run over and back several times a day.

    Very good butts are developed in this way and you get super fit too.
