Question:

Exercises to tone up help :-) ?

i really need help lol :-) cos i sort of ditched my diet 2-3 weeks ago and now i feel really sluggish n c**p im 5'7 and i am slim but i feel like i am getting fat on my stomach, hips, low back n bum .... can any one give me any advice on exercises that tones all that up .. :-)

  1. stomach,hips ...sit-up and twist left then sit-up and twist right and so on try

    3 sets times 5 or if you can 3 times 10

    for legs and bum try if you can squat with weight 3 times 10, if not up and down the first 4 stairs in your home...good luck!!!


  2. I have just the right thing for you =]

    There are 3 different exercises on this page, for the hips, outer thighs, inner thighs, back of thighs and buttocks. I do these most nights, and if you make sure you concentrate and do them slowly, not rushing, then you can really feel the burn and I have definitely found that it helps firm up my legs, bum and hips.
