Exercises with just dumbbells?

I have no access to a weight room or a gym, but I do have dumbbells. Can anyone recommend a good upper body workout using just the dumbbells?

  1. Chest- on a bench or chairs- Dumbell Chest presses, DB Flyes

    Shoulders- Standing Military Press, DB Side lateral, upright DB rows, Front DB Raises

    Legs- DB Squats, Lunges

    Back- One Arm DB Row, bent over rows

    Biceps- Curls, Hammer Curls,French curls

    Triceps- Overhead Tricep extension, DB kickbacks


  2. buy some dvds for strenght training, that would be good and you will be able to do it at home
