Question:

Exercising a lot but not losing weight in one place?

For the last two years I've been doing cardio almost every day and for the last two months I have been lifting weights. However, I just am starting to realize that I'm thin and fit every where except for . . .my butt XDDD It is still as big as when I started? Any specific exercises for that area or something I'm doing wrong. I hate being disproportional, lol.

  2. Good question.  It's one I've seen sports physiologists cringe at when asked.

It's difficult because some of us are just like that.  I doesn't matter what we do, our physiology determines our proportions.  It's frustrating.  It sounds like you have been taking your exercise seriously but maybe see a personal trainer/fitness instructor for some personal, one-on-one advice and see if they can recommend some specific exercises to suit your individual physique.

    Good luck! :-)
