Exercising course for getting into shape?

I'm a 16 years old Asian guy that is out of shape. Currently 73.2 kg (roughly 161 lbs). I was wondering what kind of exercising course I should take to get my body into shape. Also on how I should eat. Please be detailed. Thank you.

  1. Well the way I dropped weight was by cutting back on my eating, serving half the portion I would normally serve myself. Then I did alot of cardio work outs, running and walking. Then 7 months ago I started lifting and so far I am great shape, still losing more weight. I started at 245 down to 200 and working my way to 170.
