Exexcel results won't let me log in to see my results. ?

I have got my results, but I wanna see if they are avaibe online as well. I was sent a password and username and it dosen't work. Anyone know why it won't let me log in it keeps saying invalid username/password and the help it weren't helpful.

Isn't there a link for lost or forgotten password? I would try this. May have been a typo in the log in info that they sent to you.
