At the moment I have a Corsa 1.7 SRi diesel. I'm wanting to change the exhaust because its too small. I've been looking at big bore exhausts and tail pipe covers but I'm not sure whether you can change a diesel exhaust or not. Any Ideas?

  1. You can change the exhaust on any car.

Diesels are no different and you can definately fit a sportier exhaust to it.

Make sure you consult a professional, and dont go overboard on size, as it will have an adverse effect on fuel economy.

Oh, and dont fit a stupid canon muffler.

  2. aah don't do it, if it's a diesel it will sound no better than a tractor. and it will look like a boy racer car and it won't do you any favours when you come to sell it. Don't waste your money! spend it on a decent sound system that you can take out if u crash/sell :)

  3. You can change the exhaust muffler but if you have turbo charge be careful of the manifold ~~
