Where can i buy exotic animals like:

tigers/cheetah

alligator/crocodile

This is wrong, as these are wild animals, they are not the best for pets, as they can't be domesticated. A license is needed for them, and they will become dangerouse when they grow up. Remamber, they will not remain 'cute and cuddly' all their life. This is how a lot of animals are abandoned.

If you are really going to get one, you should check out what are legal and illegal to own, according to DEFRA. Any endangered species will not be allowed to be kept, and you named one, tiger.

There is 5 pages full of animals that are illegal to own, so make sure you check what ones are and arnt.

After you have chosen the animal you want, if you still do, (although not reccommended), you should do a lot of research on it. Find out what suitable diet it should have, what it eats in the wild, the type of habitat it should have, housing, terrain, vegetation, anything poisonous to it, etc.

A lot of hard work has to go in to it. Also, it will be very difficult to find veterinary care for them afterwards.

You will then have to apply for a license in order to keep the animal, and this is extremely difficult to get. You will need an extremely good case in order to be considered, and then getting the license can take years, some maybe even decades.

You will have to search on the internet, for the sites, as some contain animals that others may not, and these are not reliable sites, and there is no promise of receiving the animal after you have paid for it. These are illegal sites, that are monitored by DEFRA, as they inflict unnessassary suffering on the animal during shipping, transportation, overcrowding during these processess, etc, and as a result, many die. By buying an animal, you will be supporting this trade, and will not be doing any good for the animals, and may be landing yourself in a lot of trouble.

A lot of animals now, that are in zoo's, are a result of people abandoning them, or having them taken from them as they have injured someone, or they couldnt look after it anymore.
