Exotic dancing?

im working on being an exotic dancer. dont judge. ive always loved feelings s**y and attention on me. any ideas of excersizes to improve on striping or lap dancing?

  1. The more flexible you are, the better you'll be, and this goes for any kind of exotic dance. You'll move better and you'll definitely look better. Yoga and pilates are great for building up flexibility and strength, especially if you alternate between the two; but you can easily stretch and become flexible on your own.

    By stripping, do you mean doing it while pole dancing?

    If so, strength is key. It's definitely not easy grasping the pole with only your legs or pulling your entire body up using your hands and having it look graceful and s**y, and not many girls have that kind of strength when they first start pole dancing. Building upper body and leg muscles is very important - joining a gym would be a great idea for this, but pilates or any other exercise meant to build and strenghten muscles are just fine. Some girls rather start pole dancing and build their strength from their, but expect many bumps, bruises, and falls if you do that.

    More and more gyms are starting to offer erotic dance classes from pole dancing to lap dances, so definitely check out your local gyms and don't be afraid to call and ask them.

    I've been called plenty of things because I pole dance. Ignore what people say; idiots will be idiots, as you know.
