Expansion?

Alright, say that the league somehow gets more fans involved, and some how has some spectacular revenue turn around in the next 10 years.

Where would you like to see expansion?

Limit 3 Canadian cities that you think would be viable.

Once Ottawa has a stable plan with competent ownership, they will get a team. Another addition could be either Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or Quebec City. Any more than 10 teams will be too much for the league

Sydney's too much to ask for so Halifax, Halifax and Halifax! I miss watching live CFL.

Well once Ottawa gets a team back, that will be 9,

So that leaves Halifax as 10. I don't think I'd go anymore than ten teams.

Why not Quebec City.  With the Rouge et Or winning tradition,Q City would make a great football city...

Ottawa, (fans are there) Get some decent ownership and put a quality product on the field.

Halifax, They've been patiently waiting and waiting.

In order:

1. Halifax : The city is in love with sports, and no one cuts them some slack. They would sell out every game.

2. Ottawa: Poor fan base, but nonetheless they will get a team.

3. There is no number 3. The CFL will never expand beyond 10 teams, there is not enough big markets in Canada.
