Expansion set with a hamster cage?

Question

Recently i bought the crittertrail expansion set 3 and i plan to put it together with a crittertrail 2 cage. Me and my family have tried to put it on in every way possible but we still cant get it to go together and the instructions arent very good either. We have the expansion put together but we just cant connect it to the cage. Does anybody have a picture or instructions on how to connect it to the cage?

I don't know if this will help you or not, but all crittertrail tubes are not the same size! I have two slightly different diameters of crittertrail tubes. The connectors with the "flanges" on the outside will fit both of them. The connectors that don't have extra parts sticking out will not.

Do you mean that the tube won't fit in the hole or that the tube won't stay up?  Those things never stay up on their own, if you've got in the hole, you'll most likely have to tape it in place.

I've read reviews that the expansion set 3 doesn't fit properly into the hole it's supposed to go in.  Have you tried putting the tube through one of the holes on top so the hamster gets in from the level?  If it's curved you'll have to put it in through the inside of the cage, but it might work...

I used to have a crtittertrail cage and let me tell you, they suck.With my hamster growing into a young lady we had a matter of days B4 she suffocated in her cage. So, we built something called a bin cage.

Bin cages work magic! the lid is the same size as the cage so you don't have to squeeze your hand into the tiny slots. It is amazing!!!!!!
