Expats in Torreon, Mexico?

I have lived in Torreon for 3 years now and only once met some Canadians going to a movie. They said there was a group of expats who meet once a month or so and socialize. I would like to know how to contact this group.

Torreon is a nice place and I really enjoy my life here. Friendly city.
