Expedtion everest for an 8 yr old?

my 8 yr old sister wants to go on expedition everest but she is scared of the part when you go backwards in the dark. ive been on this ride well over 10 times and i just wanted your help to convince her that this part isnt scary. we are going to florida in late august so just getting a head start on things. also, how to convince a 6 yr old (cousin) to go on. she has been on it but is just scared of the yeti and she has no problem with loops, drops, or stuff like that. she has been on tower of terror, splash mountain, space mountain, big thunder mountain, and she is going to go on rock n rollercoaster (she was too small last summer to get on). so plz plz plz plz plz help me!

show them videos of the ride on youtube, and tell them that loads of children their age go on the ride everyday. im going to florida in august too and im going to be using the same techniques to convince my 8 year old cousin to go on things.    good luck, and have fun in florida. xoo.

show her the videos of the ride on youtube and remind her that it  is all make believe and safe. She will be safe with you and that nothing will hurt her.
