Experience Doing Enemas?

Question

I am considering doing enemas at home for various reasons. I would like to know from those of you who have done them, what is your experience doing them at home? What benefits have you gained from them?

Immediate relief from constipation and in some cases if done correctly there are extra benefits which are not discussed in a non-adult atmosphere.  You may find yourself saying "Oh, yes!" especially if you let your mind and fingers wander.

Hi Jadis, I take enemas all the time for health reasons. Some of the benefits that I have received it more energy and being more alert. I take a colonic at home once a month. I think the biggest benefit from the enemas and colonics is that other than minor sniffles once or twice a year, I haven't had a cold or the flu in over 35 years. Email me if you have any questions.
