Recently some baseball experts have published a report regarding the Arizona Diamondbacks’ recent performances, trainings, trade, salary issues, starting lineup and starting rotation. In this particular report, majority of experts agree that at the moment the Diamondbacks are on the right track and have made very good decisions lately.
Diamondbacks management is sitting in a comfortable place as they put everything in right position in the offseason and now looking forward to see those late efforts they did in the offseason.
As the 2011 season ended, the Diamondbacks management knew that in order to perform well and on consistent bases, they need to do something different with every aspect of the game. First, the Diamondbacks management gathered and looked deeply for the mistakes that were made during the entire 2011 season.
After evaluating all players and their mistakes, they introduced every player with a different offensive strategy and asked them that from next season on-wards, every player will be playing according to this new plan that is more effective and certainly will give positive outcome during the 2012 Major League Baseball season.
Not only new offensive playing strategy, the Diamondbacks also did some vital trade. They brought new young players and left those who were not producing results while ultimately this worked out in this season as the Diamondbacks set off to a brilliant start with enchanting win over the San Francisco Giants on Friday.
Recently, the Diamondbacks manager Kirk Gibson said for Hall and team general manager Kevin Towers thanking both on their contribution for betterment of the franchise. His statement says, “Just wanted to drop you both a short note thanking you for the support you have given us all since day one of our journey. … This move strengthens our rotation tremendously and will make the team very excited about our chances of realizing our goals as we start spring training to get ready for the regular season.”
This is a healthy sign for the Diamondbacks who are now feeling very comfortable even at start of the season and if this good and consistent play continued for them, more better and consistent outcome will come.
