  1. My arm's bigger than that.

  2. Nothing related to core strength.

He's probably not a competent fighter, the stance doesn't suggest competency.

  3. not saying much.. about what he trains with but from what ive seen on tv.. try the p90x.?

  4. FOR ONE THING, HE  has been doing lots of tricep work! aand lifting free weights! who gives a d**n though?

  5. How is this related to martial arts?

That guy has done exercises for triceps.

You are very easily impressed my friend.

  6. I don't know but it doesn't look like a guy that's been doing martial arts. He would have to train a lot harder than that to get a positive comment because there's barely any muscles right there.

  7. Big arms or strong arms do not mean that someone is a better fighter.  The martial arts were designed so that smaller weaker persons could defeat larger stronger attackers. I am amazed that most inexperienced martial artists have not figured out that building up big muscles don't improve their martial arts......Unless they are doing the techniques wrong and compensating by using muscle instead.

When I watch someone that is supposed to be a high ranked fighter or master, I look to see if they are using strength to get things done. If so then they have not masterd the art they practice.

  8. This guy does allot of push ups. I mean Allot! he also has good definition in his forearm which means he holds on to things with a pretty good grip (get your mind outta the gutter).

I would fear his punch, but think he may or may not train a great deal in some sort of weapons style like Arnis, kali, ecriema (whatever you want to call it). But chances are he just does allot of pull ups.

You really can't tell a person's style by body structure, only what muscle groups they favor. A so called expert should be able to see a person's strong techniques by the way they walk and maneuver though. That is if you believe that sort of thing.

  9. Is this arm really that impressive???  I must be doing a lot better than I give myself credit for then.  Anyway why are we looking at this again???

BTW Pull ups don't do too much for triceps, pushing is for tri's pulling or curling is for bicep.  This is a weird martial arts question.
