Expirament in surveying a traverse to calculate closure ?

Question

I have tried on several times to get a traverse to close. This was before I learned about turning angle sets to find the mean of the angles. Walk me through the entire process.

if you turned an angle of 195 from A to C while sitting at B, then you flip the telescope , backsight A , which is 195 -180 = 15. to turn face right is to turn another 195 ? but 195 -195 is 0 not  180 can you explain ?
