First year I got a new car, I know nothing about it, then I need insurance, I went there for it.

Charged me $2500 for one year insurance.

2nd year liberty mutual sent me the renewal, only cost me $1200 for year.

And I didn't get the renewal letter this year, I asked Liberty mutual, Libert mutual wanted me to contact the broker.

I called Security Insurance and they said something wierd happened within my account. I asked them what is weird, they won't tell and insisted me to come over to take a look. That sounds weird to me, like some kind mouse trap. I am planning go to AAA or Liberty Mutual again since it sounds really tricky to me.

My auto insurance is expired, can anyone give me any idea or helps.

  1. I think the weird thing that happened was that they somehow doubled your insurance premium for that first year.  The $1200.00 premium sounds more in line with what it should be for a year.  You had better call them and make them tell you on the phone what happened.  Tell them you cannot get there by yourself.  If you have to go to see them, take a trusted friend or relative with you.
