Expired instant coffee could cause death?

i want to know the effects of drinking an expired instant coffee.. my problem is that i don't know when will my coffee expire.. i bought this nescafe decaf about a year ago.. and it's in solid form now but can melt with water of course.. i'm desperately craving for a coffe right now so i don't have a choice.. do you think it will be safe for me to drink this coffee? what are the effects of this if ever the coffe is really expired.. pls. answer me asap.. i can't resist it anymore.. the aroma is really suiting!! thank you..

 No, it will not kill you. It just isnt at it's peek of freshness, which is what the epiration date is there to tell you.  drink your coffee and enjoy. : )

What the h**l is wrong with you people?  A simple yes or no would suffice.  You must be pretty awesome to post messages like:

- ha you could have gone and bought some more instead of asking questions on here

- The only thing removed from it was moisture which it appears you have allowed to return by not keeping the lid on tight.

- Your question is not about expired coffee it's about being lazy. No point to have dilemma like that.

What if the poster was poor or disabled, or living in a remote location? Or, just not wanting to waste something they could use? Or, in my case, unable to leave work. It is people like you who make this world a less tollerable place to live.  Congrats on being a poor human being. Up yours!
