Expired protein supplements (powder)?

hi, i was wondering if expired protein supplements, powder, goes bad? it's been open for about a year or two. i know the expired dates are the dates the store normally has to sell it by, and i know it's still good if it's never been seal, but what if it has been open for quite some time. i heard it would still be good, but wanted to get some feedbacks before i use it. it still smells good, thanks for your help in advance

yea sorry, but chances are you need to throw that away. Since the air has touched it and the seal has been broken the OXIDATION Cycle has began. This will break your protein down and cause you digestive track to really feel raunchy :( Best bet is to start FRESH with a brand new protein : ) hope this helps you out!

do not touch it go and trwo it in garbage its expired my freidn tok one like hat and she wentsick for 2 whole weeks
