Expired registration fix it ticket???

expired registration fix it ticket???instead of geting current registration to correct my violation, i heard somone say you can sell the scooter and prove that i sold it, to correct it as well???

i aslo got cited for 16028- no insurance .. anyone know what this will cost.. i looked it up and it said 200$ for bail +P ... whats +P penalty .. how much is penalty

At the day, date and time that you get the ticket, you usually get 10 days to correct the violation and if you do so, take the ticket and that vehicle you were operating at the time and goto that police station where you got the ticket from and they will dismiss it. If it's past the 10 days, you can just pay the ticket or goto court with that vehicle and documented proof that you fixed the issue and maybe they will dismiss it. Not always!

    If you sell the vehicle within or after the 10 days, it don't matter! That ticket is under your name, under that registration at the time you got the ticket. So it don't matter. You would have to pay it or else whoever you sold the vehicle to, the registration for that vehicle will get suspended for unpaid citation(s).

    Just fix it or pay it!!
