Explain how a diamond dude turbo deck works?

i already know the proper cards required for a DDT deck. However, I am not entirely sure about how the deck is suppose to run. I know you run cards with costs and a good effect like Destiny Draw and abuse them with Diamond Dude's awesome effect. I also know that a DDT deck can be a OTK deck because it uses return from a different dimension and has cards that put monsters removed from play. Please explain how this deck runs!

My main deck type at the min is diamond dude turbo/Dark. It revolves around removing as many strong darks as possible with allure and cyber valleys and then reviving them with escape from the dark dimensions or OTK with return.

As far as cards with good costs go i think i have them pretty well worked out. here's my decklist. it looks short on monsters so if your a little new it might confuse you but the cards in there compensate. i.e monster gate (Great taget for mill, no tribute of monster required)

Works very well as if you were to draw a high level monster you can special summon it due to dashers effect anyway. Fits in with 2days meta well. A lot of compatable cards to mill into. High level swarmahe with a lot of good effects that can be used on prioroty. hope this has helped
