  1. GLOBAL WARMING

AIR POLLUTIONS CAUSE THE EARTH TO BE HOTTER

WHICH CAUSES GLOBAL WARMING WHICH MAKES THE ICES LIKE ANTARCTICA MELT AND CAUSE FLOODING

    : )

  2. I am sorry, your question doesn't make sense. Pollution can be a lot of things and 'worldwide flooding' is never going to happen.

If by 'pollution' you mean an increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, it is a reality but it can hardly be called a polluant since at the beginning of time there was only carbon dioxide in our atmophere.

The increase of it leads to the so-called greenhouse effect; i.e. the heat from the sun doesn't radiate so much back into space.

That leads to an increase of the average temperature on earth. Now, the average temperature today is 15 degrees centigrades. At that temperature, the air can sustain no more than about 14 grams of water per cubic meter of air. If the moisture increases or the temperature falls, it will have to condensate as clouds and rain.

With higher average temperature, there will be more water in the atmosphere. It will probably reduce the sun's heating and self-regulate. Not a big problem. We observe that the temperature increases not on the equator but around the poles. Now, the strenght of the storms are proportional not to the absolute temperature but to the difference of temperature between the equator and the poles.

That's why, at the temperate latitudes, there are more storms in winter than summer; the latter being the time when the poles are warmer. So, an increase of temperature over the poles won't create extreme weather; rather the opposite.

More water sustained in the air will probably mean more rain but that will only be in regions that are subject to frequent low pressures. High pressure regions that are desertic now, will continue to be so.

The real danger in using too much fossile fuel and increase the carbon dioxide of the atmosphere is that it will change the weather pattern. We don't know exactly how; meteorology is not an accurate science. We can guess using some models but the scarry thing is that we ... just don't know for sure.

  3. 1. Pollution melts ice in the coldest places on Earth.

    2. The too much water develops, instead of land.

    3. The world gets flooded, as soon as all the ice in the world melts. Imagine the giant "ice mountains." THEN imagine an army of those turned into water.

    Horrible picture, huh?

  4. 1. Air poloution causes thickening of the atmosphere

    2. The Thicker atmosphere causes more CO2( Carbon dioxide ) to be trapped in the earth

    3. More CO2 = Global warming

    4. Global warming = Ice Glaciers in north and south poles melting

    5. Ice glaciers melting = Global flodding
