  1. Organizational behavior is based on a goal. What is the goal of the organization.  The individuals must perceive this goal in the same way, otherwise they will be working for goals other than the intended organizational goal.  Additionally, individual perception will affect the process of attaining that goal.  One individual might see that goal being reached one way - and another might see it being reached another way - everyone has different backgrounds and contributions.  This is beneficial because it contributes to the organization, however, in less flexible environments this might be more difficult to manage.  

    Deadlines, timing, and urgency are other areas where indiviudal perceptions may affect organization goals.  If individuals perceive a task as not urgent when it is urgent, then of course this is detrimental to the organization.
