can someone explain to me the basic mechanism where substances leave capillaries at arterial end and enter venial end

i want to focus on forward filtration and hydrostatic pressure

  1. This is to do with how tissue fluid is formed. basically substances are forced out of the capillary by hydrostatic pressure (caused by the pressure of the heat beating) at the arterial end. Substances then diffuse back into the capillaries at the venus end (this requires no energy). The diffusion happens because the concentration gradient has changed between outside the cacapillary and inside (you lost substances from the blood). You will have to use your own knowledge to fill in details, think about why the diffusion gradient changes and remember which way substances flow along a concentration gradient when diffusion happens. Think about what substances may be forced out of the capillary (Red blood cells are too large to pass through).
