    sugars and other organic substances= PHLOEM

    These are the 2 transport tubes in plants.

    The movement is called TRANSLOCATION

    Water + Nutrients = Transported by the Xylem tissue. I believe by transpiration. The cohesion-tension theory explains it.

    Sugar and organic materials= The Phloem Tissue through a process called translocation where the pressure-flow hypothesis helps explain it.
