  1. The possible effects may be, a rise in sea level, changes in rainfall and drought patterns and an increse in what is known as 'extreme weather events'.

Regional temperature changes may differ substantially  from the global mean.

There is likely to be a marked impact on the type of trees that grow in forests with the greatest changes ocuring in high latitudes and the smallest in the tropics.

Deserts are expected to become hotter, but not significantly wetter.

The prospects of farming and forestry will be better in some areas and worse in others.

Human health will be affected partly because of increased heat stress and partly because of infectious diseases that  will become more widespread as the pests that carry them proliferate.

Global winds may become more stronger because of increased temperature gradient and pressure gradient between the tropics and the poles.

Developing countries will be more affected than developed ones.

  2. Al Gore will become president

  3. apparently global warming and a bunch of hooplah. basically a bunch of smoke being blown up everyone's butts. the earth goes through phases. tough c**p for anyone who doesn't believe it.
