It is actually possible.

Soak the raw egg in Vinegar overnight. The egg now behaves like a rubber ball and can be thrown against anything with reasonable force and it will not be damaged. Try It.

Without the soaking in vinegar, the egg is brittle compared to the material that a wall is made from, therefore the egg deforms upon impact against the wall and as the shell is not ductile enough to be able to change its shape as for it not to break. Hence, egg and eggshell on the wall.

If you throw something horizontally any distance it will just fall unless it has significant horizontal velocity.  The egg will have stored kinetic energy of momentum that will be released instantly as it reaches the wall.  If you try to crush an egg in your hand the pressure on the egg is evenly distributed and the egg seems strong, however when the egg hits the wall all the force is concentrated at the point of contact which is more than enough to crack its thin shell.

the force put on the egg causes the extreme shattering. what makes the egg able to shatter against a wall is the fact that  an egg has less mass and density than the wall. also, it is extremely fragile.
