  1. dapat ang pag didisiplina ng isang teacher ay pagsabihan lang ang bata at wag saktan...yun lang..

  2. You would need to give a little more context.  Usually, I would assume that this would mean the actions the teacher would take to discipline a student who has done something wrong (reprimanding the student, putting the student in time-out, sending the student to the principal, giving the student detention, etc.).  However, in a slightly different context, it could to refer to the disciplinary actions taken against a certain teacher for his/her misconduct, such as reprimand, docking of pay, suspension, etc.).

  3. Basically lists the steps a teacher goes through to discipline a student.

Let's say the student won't stop talking--

    1.  I asked Tim to stop talking

    2.  Tim kept talking, so I asked him a second time to stop talking

    3.  Tim refused to stop talking, so I put him in the hall for five minutes

    4.  After 5 minutes, Tim returned to the classroom.  He still wouldn't stop talking, was given an infraction.

    5.  Tim kept talking after an infraction and time in the hall.  Tim was sent to the office.
