  1. biomedical approach??

    cognitive - dealing with the mental aspect of behaviour (ie thoughts)

    behavioural - dealing with behaviour specifically and nothing about thoughts

    psychodynamic - deals with freudian psychology

    humanistic - think carl rogers and his approach about empathy, and the therapeutic relationship being really important
