  1. There's no such thing as an "intrapreneur". That's a made-up word that some "entrepreneur" wants you to believe means something.

    FREELANCE is the proper term.

  2. One's a real word, and one's made up?

  3. Intrapreneurship is the practice of entrepreneurial skills and approaches by or within a established organization. Employees, perhaps engaged in a special project within a larger firm are supposed to behave as entrepreneurs, even though they have the resources and capabilities of the larger firm to draw upon. Capturing a little of the dynamic nature of entrepreneurial management (trying things until successful, learning from failures, attempting to conserve resources, etc.) is claimed to be quite valuable in otherwise static

    organizations.

An entrepreneur is a person who has possession over a new enterprise or venture and assumes full accountability for the inherent risks and the outcome.
