  1. It does cost money to educate foreign immigrants, however if we educate them in our schools, under our conditions, the more likely it is that they will pick up our language and parts of our culture. other than financial strain it may put on the system, it provides American children with diversity in the classroom, giving them the chance to learn about people from other places.(which is a good thing)*

  2. well if you listen to obama we all should take spanish monetarily.myself would like to see different schools for those who know so little of our language till they can catch up.it holds back our children when things are disrupted like this.   ps vote republican unless somebody else jumps on the ballet that's are only chance.

  3. That question sounds like its right out of a text book.

Immigration has ALWAYS benefited the united states, in every section and industry around, in spite of all the whining that so many people here do. Which immigrants are we talking about? Italian? German? Mexican? Irish?

Everyone has contributed. Some of the brightest minds and best teachers for example, were immigrants. Many college instructors, professors, etc. are foreign born. I recently had a chinese teacher in college. He was hired because he was the best one. And no he wasn't educated here and we certainly didn't spend any money on his education. That idea is a load.
