Explain to me the skill level of the following law enforcement groups?

1. 2 or 3 officers who subdue a crazed black man(no racism intended) in a matter of seconds, with strength alone.

and

2. 10 officers that take several minutes using force and tasers to get a scrawny white dude (again, no racism intended) on the ground, let alone take him into custody.

I'm not sure of the answer(s) your seeking, however, lets just say this...after 35 years in law enforcement, I've seen mentally impaired subjects (to include mentally handicapped as well as drug or alcohol induced suspects) that one would think would be easy to arrest...who turn out to be a bit more difficult.

I don't think ones ethnic background has ANYTHING to do with ones ability to fight back.

KC is right on the money, It took 5 of us to bring down a person high on speed and meth, they get extremely strong and dangerous.
