I think it is something like A-level. Means 100% marks from exam. Not course work marks. Then depends on you A-level marks you can apply for the university in UK.

Multicultrual diversity? It could refer to a place or a country where has people from differnt cultural or religious background, and it accommodates their different rules and traditions, it encourages people to respect each other.

If it refers to a person. I could mean a person's cultrual background. Or his experience or relationships with people from different countries. ect..
