  1. actually someone calls animal controll and they come clean it up

  2. Scavenging birds such as crows, ravens, or vultures will make a start on the body.  It's possible that scavenging mammals will too.

Also there will be the insects.  Flies feed on the corpse and lay eggs in it, which will produce maggots and in time, flies.  Yellowjacket wasps feed on carrion too, as do some butterflies, e.g. the mourning cloak.  Meanwhile a variety of microorganisms, which I cannot describe, will start breaking the flesh down.

In some cases the body will not be consumed entirely by scavengers or bacteria, and will be mummified, at least partly.  Mummified carrion is subject to physical destruction such as wind, rain, and being walked on.  As it breaks down, it will find its way into the soil and nourish plants, molds, and some insects.

  3. it will be eatin by scavangers.
