  1. Because everything we do is seen by God, the only one that really matters in the end anyway.  But to whistle blowing, just make sure the charge is legit and not petty, judging with intellect and reason, never emotion.

  2. Integrity is the basing of ones actions on an internally consistent framework of principles and values. Whistle blowing is one who reports misconduct to people or entities that have the power and presumed willingness to take corrective action. Generally the misconduct is a violation of law, rule, regulation and/or a direct threat to public interest, such as fraud, health/safety violations, and corruption.

So to sum up the above two definitions; A employee who is witness to violations within his/her company that feels it is necessary to report violations to higher entities usually does so because of deep values or convictions that the violations have somehow caused detriment to someone. So integrity plays a vital role in the process, since the whistle blower places himself in a position against his employer for the greater good of the public. Integrity ensures that everyone is check and balance within society and working for the greater good of humankind.

  3. corporations are evil and need to be kept in check
