  1. Sounds like a school question.  Are we doing your homework for you?  Well, here goes,  We invented the wheel because we got tired of dragging stuff up and down hills.  We invented fire, because sushi had not been discovered yet.  And the handshake was invented because we wanted to be sure that the other guy didnt have a rock in his hand that he was going to kill us with.

  2. Start with learning how they domesticated animals and at the same time learned how to cultivate wild crops such as wheat in Europe and rice in Asia.  These were group activities which allowed some of the people to feed others while the others were able to develop crafts such as building structures, making clothes, footwear, trade goods, etc.

  3. This is a slow pitch toss looking for you to explain the connection between agriculture and early civilization.

Organized agriculture usually requires a large amount of organized labor, because ditches and dams(irrigation systems in general) require a large amount of labor to build and maintain.  Once you've organized to make rice paddies or irrigate those fertile crescent fields, the rest comes along easily.

  4. Who, pray tell, is claiming that, what did you call it..."interaction between humans end (?) their environment lead to the development of early civilization"?

Sounds like your teacher needs a bit more edu-ma-cation.
