My wife put something in it 3 days ago and started to turn on the fan and light, when POP!!! (and the appropriate circuit breaker tripping did occur on its 20-amp, dedicated circuit). When it happened it something seemed to explode on the microwave's underside. It still heats just fine, but has no fan or lights working underneath anymore. Any ideas how this might happen and what to do? I wondered about grease buildup and a shorting out on an internal circuit board or something.
Okay experts give it your best shot! ALL IDEAS APPRECIATED!!
Ken with no Light (and no Fans).
