The option to manage add ons is not available under tools

  1. In Internet Explorer you can go to Tools, Internet Options, click the advanced tab. About 13 options under browsing you can check "enable 3rd party browser extensions" This will let toolbars, and c**p like that work.


  2. You go to ''start->All program->Accessories->System Tools->Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)'',and you can start using.
