how can i be a more explosive runningback some one give me some good answers on excersies i can do or something

  1. Lunges, walking lunges, box jumps, the ickey shuffle, jumping foward as far as you can,jumping squats,weighted calf raises, do some core work like planks,side planks,elevated planks, falling starts, and just run some 40's. If you don't know some of these moves, youtube should help =)


  2. JUMP ROPE!!!!!!!!!!! this will work your footwork, speed, and explosiveness. and its cheap and easy

  3. hard work...doing a million sprints. work on your technique. build up your body.  

  4. Power cleans, harnest drills, and regular foot drills
