  1. Ok, to transfer decimals to percents you multiply the decimal by 100 and to convert a percent to decimal, you divide 100. I would tell you the answer, but I don't have a calculator with me at the moment, and it's better that you do the work.

Revised: You're not going to learn anything if we just tell you the answers. I mean, if you're too lazy to figure it out in your head, oh well, use a calculator. Honestly, it's not that hard to just take decimal points and move them two spaces to the left or right.

Edit again: Oh crud sorry I just saw the top where it says that this isn't your homework sorry about pounding on you like that!!!!

  2. 1) .028

    2) 8.04%

    3) 64.3%

    4) .029

    5)  .8

    6) 3/8

    7) 9/20

  3. To convert a decimal to percentage, multiply by 100

To convert a percentage to decimal, divide by 100

2.8% is 0.028 (see how the point moved 2 places "to the left")

0.0804 is 8.04% (see how the point moved 2 places "to the right")

I'm sure you can figure out the rest
